my mazda RX 8 caught fire on M25 today how can i get its worth from insurance company?

I was driving and it just caught fire its 5 years old and was involved in an accident in february this year and was repaired. I got it back about 8 weeks ago coincedence or not ?? how can I get the value of the car back

Depends what part of the car was in the previous accident. You probably won't be able to get the car's full value if you had reported the previous accident to your insurer.

Well, if you were in an accident and they totaled the car and you bought it back, you now have a salvage title. Blue Book value for a car with a salvage title is probably much less than one with a clear title. Just contact the insurance company and see what they say. If you don't like it, try go get some legal advice from a lawyer that deals with this sort of thing, as they are far more experienced than yahoo answers and can legally give legal advice.

If the insurance company doesn't know about the accident, then it shouldn't matter, as long as you have comprehensive (mostly for environmental accidents like trees, lamp posts, hail, but should cover a car fire, just check your policy).

Well, after posting this, I realized you're in the UK. Things might be different there, but you might be able to do something with this American information.
